"Every experience, no matter how bad it seems, holds within it a blessing of some kind. The goal is to find it." Buddha

I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in treatment of children, families, and adults. I work well with individuals that are pervceived as clossed off, introverted and sensitive. Because of my gentle approach, I also work succesfully with people that experienced trauma. In my work with clients I combine my clinical knowledge based on a rooted belief that we are physical, psychological, and spiritual beings with a desire for balance and an ability to heal and grow.

My journey of becoming a licensed social worker began in 2008 when I enrolled in the Social Work Program at the University of New Hampshire. After graduating the program, I began to work as a youth and family therapist at a mental health center. The enrollment in that program was a natural and easy choice for my profession. It finally allowed me to make my life long dream come true: assisting others in helping them to move toward their betterment. My focus became working with children and their families. Seeing children finding their own ways to manage difficult situations has been always a source of joy for me. It also has been a driving force to continue finding new therapeutic ways to remove obstacles for others. I am honored to have a family's permission to walk alongside them during the stormy times in their lives.

During my post college years I also became very interested in alternative ways of healing. I started to study meditation, mindfulness, the healing properties of essentials oils, crystals, and  flower essences. I do not remember any defining moment of when the idea of using a holistic approach to healing started becoming my main interest. The idea seeped in gently, guiding my life choices.  It was not until I started to study Reiki that I felt like I arrived home. I was developing a deep passion for assisting others and for making that my sole purpose.

Personally, my drive to help others is shared with a love for gardening and animals.  I love to travel and explore different cultures and the way people across the globe go about dealing with their big and small struggles and successes. I am bilingual in Polish as well as English.
